Course Overview

Earning your Avid Pro Tools Specialist credential proves you have the skills to record, edit, mix and complete a project using Pro Tools. It shows you understand the essential tools and workflows, giving you the ability to work a session from start to finish with confidence.


To become an Avid Certified Specialist for Pro Tools, you'll complete two courses:

  • Pro Tools Fundamentals I (PT101)

  • Pro Tools Fundamentals II (PT110)


After successful completion of these courses, you'll need to pass the certification exam to earn your credential.
