Facilities
MOSMA training facilities include three production rooms equipped with a full assortment of industry standard equipment as well as a dedicated A/V equipped classroom and resource area for the theoretical studies of audio production. Our selection of equipment reflects current industry standards thereby allowing our students to train in a "real world" environment.
Studio A
Control Room includes a Mackie 32x8 Console, Pro Tools 8 HD 2 Accel System hosted on a MacPro with 30" & 20" Apple Cinema Displays, Tascam MSR-24 Analogue Multi-Track Recorder, Genelec 1030A Near Field monitors, JBL 2232 Mid Field monitors and a assortment of signal processors by Solid State Logic, Lexicon, Urei, Roland & Yamaha.
Studio A recording spaces include a 10'x12' isolation booth and 15'x17' main room with a full assortment of industry standard microphones by AKG, Kel-Audio, Neumann, Sennheiser and Shure.
Studio B
Control room includes a Mackie 32x8 Console, Pro Tools 8 LE and Reason 4 software hosted on a 24" Intel iMac and PowerMac G5, Tascam DA-88 Digital Multi-Track Recorder, JBL 2328 Near Field monitors, signal processors by dbx, Yamaha & Alesis, MIDI modules by Kurzweil, Roland and E-Mu. Studio B also includes a vocal isolation booth.
Studio C
Computer lab room includes five Pro Tools 8 M-Box stations and Reason 4 Software with M-Audio Oxygen 8 Keyboard controllers hosted on 20" Intel iMacs. Studio C also includes a 32" presentation display with Yamaha NS-10 monitors. |
